Seasonal blood oranges thin and crispy, perfect for sharing with guests and paired well with cocktails, ice cream, pastries, dips and certainly eaten by itself.  Presented in a beautiful Weck jar from Germany.

Blood oranges have a slight raspberry note and contain anthocyanin, the antioxidant that gives them their beautiful, deep color.

Oranges contain Vitamin C, fiber, potassium, choline and is rich in Vitamin A.  Peels and pith contain more fiber than the fruit inside and contain flavonoids and phytonutrients, which have anti-inflammatory benefits. The pith also contains hesperidin, which protects the heart by lowering blood pressure and regulating cholesterol levels.
