We are so excited to bring Mame Coffee to Milla. Specialty Coffee Roasters from Zurich, founders Mathieu Theis and Emi Fukahori met at barista championships and founded Mame (Meaning “beans” in Japanese) in 2016 and began to roast in 2019. They source single origin green coffees to showcase the diversity of flavors, creating coffees with character and a balanced and pleasant mouthfeel in their espressos and a vibrancy and clean cup in their filters. 250 grams and 150 grams
