INDONESIA HENDRA MAULIZAR CM NATURAL
As the son of a coffee producer in Aceh, Hendra Maulizar established his own processing station in 2010, growing from a one-acre operation to an impressive 10-hectare facility. By 2014, he turned his focus entirely to specialty coffee, investing in advanced post-harvest techniques and new infrastructure, including a wet mill, washing channels, and raised drying beds. This anaerobic natural processed coffee is a testament to innovation in all aspects to elevate the final experience of a coffee.

COLOMBIA JAIRO ARCILA PINK BOURBON (10 oz)
Jairo Arcila, a third-generation coffee grower from Quindío, Colombia, has built a legacy of excellence by blending tradition, innovation, and community impact. With the guidance of his sons, Jairo has embraced advanced processing techniques and cultivated exotic varieties like Pink Bourbon and Gesha across his six farms, creating coffees like this Pink Bourbon. With his collaborative approach, Jairo has excelled at creating coffees that simultaneously represent the tradition of coffee cultivation while also illuminating the path forward.

EL SALVADOR SANTA ROSA HONEY (10 oz)
This deeply sweet, honey processed coffee from the northern Chalatenango Mountains is one of our favorite annual offerings. Finca Santa Rosa is owned by our good friend, Jorge Rivera, whom we have been working with for many years. Concord grape is the most forward note in the cup; starting the journey of this complex flavor profile.

RWANDA KANZU (10 oz)
Nestled west of Lake Kivu, the Kanzu station thrives amidst mineral-rich volcanic soils, where smallholder farmers cultivate Bourbon variety coffee alongside sustenance crops. Rigorous quality control processes at the station, including cherry flotation, dry fermentation, and sustainable water management, ensure exceptional coffee production. Expect balanced and sweetness throughout the drinking experience, with prominent notes of apricot and sweet cane sugar.

COLOMBIA JAIME ZULUAGA ANAEROBIC (10 oz)
This exceptional microlot, cultivated by Jaime Zuluaga at El Samán, showcases the rare and distinctive Papayo variety, a unique mutation that originated in Acevedo, Huila. Processed as a limited O2 natural, this coffee has a distinct fruited sweetness as well as a tart and malic acidity.
