EL SALVADOR SANTA ROSA HONEY (10 oz)
This deeply sweet, honey processed coffee from the northern Chalatenango Mountains is one of our favorite annual offerings. Finca Santa Rosa is owned by our good friend, Jorge Rivera, whom we have been working with for many years. Concord grape is the most forward note in the cup starting the journey of this complex flavor profile.

ETHIOPIA GERA ESTATE ANAEROBIC
From the highland forests of the Gera Estate, this anaerobically processed lot captures the vivid fruit of Ethiopian coffee, transformed through a sealed, low-oxygen fermentation. Grown under organic, biodiverse conditions, and supported by Gera’s commitment to sustainable farming and social equity, this coffee offers a refined expression of processing and the unique quality of Ethiopian coffees.

ETHIOPIA BOCHESA ANAEROBIC NATURAL
Perched at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level, Bochesa an alpine enclave in the highlands of Arbegona. Established in 2014 and named for the nearby kebele of Bochesa, the station draws its name from the local founder who first gave identity to this community. The landscape here is etched by the Machisho River, a vital waterway that nourishes both the land and the cultural memory of Bochesa.

DECAF COLOMBIA INZA SAN ANTONIO
Rest easy with this washed decaffeinated coffee from Cauca, Inzá. We’ve intentionally sourced this coffee for the purpose of decaffeination, selecting this regional lot from San Antonio for its structured sweetness of red apple and raw sugar, with a balanced acidity reminiscent of pear.
