Geometry has been defined as "describing spaces that lie beyond the normal range of human experience." Soon it will also be defined as "that coffee from Onyx that I am in love with and completely redefined my relationship with coffee." It's our answer for everything and has two of our favorite coffees—a washed processed Ethiopian & Colombian. This blend has become one of our favorite coffees and used our café.

ETHIOPIA AGARO YUKRO G1

Sourced through our long-standing relationship with Red Fox Coffee, Yukro is produced by smallholder farmers in Wanja Kersa, in Ethiopia’s western Agaro region. Agaro’s earlier harvest makes this one of the first fresh washed Ethiopian coffees to arrive each year, while meticulous processing at the Yukro washing station delivers a clean, sweet, and floral profile with remarkable longevity. Versatile enough for both single-origin service and blending, Yukro will be a cornerstone of our 2026 summer coffee program.

 COSTA RICA LAS LAJAS NATURAL

This naturally processed coffee has become a staple in our Central American offerings and a reflection of our years working with Las Lajas. Today, they process this lot specifically for us, building a profile around the attributes we’ve come to love. Expect notes of pineapple and blueberry with a soft milk chocolate sweetness.
