COLOMBIA JUAN JIMENEZ PINK BOURBON
This washed Pink Bourbon variety has become a staple in our lineup for the last four years. With a light sugary sweetness of melon and honey, this micro-lot from Huila has the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and tactile that we love in washed coffees.
Notes of: Grapefruit, Honeydew Melon, Floral Honey, Black Tea
UGANDA LONG MILES LUNAR STATION NATURAL
This out-of-this-world offering comes to us by way of Long Miles Coffee. With the hard-earned knowledge they've gleaned from years of work in Burundi, they ventured into the Rwenzori Mountains to develop a new project in this little explored producing country. This natural is produced with the production team from Long Miles Burundi, in collaboration with the producers of this area. The Lunar Station name draws inspiration from the Rwenzori Mountains, which are colloquially named Mountains of the Moon after the dramatic topography and snow capped mountains found in the heart of Africa.
Notes of: Blackberry, Bubble Gum, Brown Sugar, Milk Chocolate
EL SALVADOR SANTA ROSA HONEY
This deeply sweet, honey processed coffee from the Northern Chalatenango Mountains is one of our favorite annual offerings. Finca Santa Rosa is owned by our good friend, Jorge Rivera, whom we have been working with for many years. He is considered by many to be the foremost producer (and advocate) for the Pacamara variety, and strictly cultivates it on the Santa Rosa Estate. Concord grape is the most forward note in the cup & starts the journey of this complex flavor profile.
Notes of: Concord Grape, Demerara Sugar, Rose, Dark Chocolate
