BRAZIL FLÁVIO REIS ANAEROBIC (10 oz)

This micro-lot from Rancho Grande is our inaugural release from Brazil. We have been caught in a cycle of not working within Brazil, and thanks to José Carlos Reis and his son Flávio Reis, this cycle is broken. Expect fruit-forward notes in this anaerobic natural, reminiscent of cherry and tart citrus.

ETHIOPIA KOLLA BOLCHA (10 oz)

The first arrival of the Ethiopian harvest is always exciting, especially from the esteemed Kolla Bolcha station in Agaro. This washed offering is a shining example of the range of coffees from this region, with unique notes of apricot and complex black tea. Agaro coffees always shine through as a staff favorite for both espresso and filter preparations.

KENYA GACHATHA AB (10 oz)

The Gachatha washing cooperative in Kenya continues to be an invaluable partner, producing coffee that exemplifies the synergy between Nyeri's high-elevation terroir and the enduring expertise of the region’s farming community. This year’s offering is a vivid expression of their work- citric, layered, and exceptionally versatile. Whether brewed as a filter or pulled as an espresso, it reveals both clarity and balance in the cup.

COLOMBIA JAIME ZULUAGA ANAEROBIC  (10 oz)

This exceptional microlot, cultivated by Jaime Zuluaga at El Samán, showcases the rare and distinctive Papayo variety, a unique mutation that originated in Acevedo, Huila. Processed as a limited O2 natural, this coffee has a distinct fruited sweetness as well as a tart and malic acidity.
