The Karagoto Factory in Nyeri produces legendary coffees. Their coffees, although washed, are wonderfully fruit-forward in nature, reminiscent of ripe citrus and hibiscus tea. We look forward to the arrival of coffees from this station each year, and this year did not disappoint

HONDURAS MONTAÑA CONGOLÓN

Located in the Lempira Departement, Cerro Congolón is an area of significance among the people of Honduras, and is a nationally protected landmark. It acts as a home to over a dozen people we work with to produce this regional lot, with the quality reflecting the care they put in to the soil as well as the delicate micro-climate this area is known for.

BRAZIL RANCHO GRANDE ANAEROBIC

This micro-lot from Rancho Grande is our inaugural release from Brazil. We have been caught in a cycle of not working within Brazil, and thanks to José Carlos Reis and his son Flávio Reis, this cycle is broken. Expect fruit-forward notes in this anaerobic natural, reminiscent of cherry and tart citrus.

COLOMBIA JOHN DIAZ GESHA

This high-quality coffee is part of Pergamino's Allied Producer Program, which aids us in paying premium prices for exceptional micro-lots, significantly benefiting producers in the region. This lot is a washed Gesha from John Diaz, which stood out on the table with prominent florals and citric acidity.
